The 2010 Copa Sony Ericsson Colsanitas was a women's tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the 13th edition of the Copa Sony Ericsson Colsanitas, and was on the International category of the 2010 WTA Tour. It took place at the Club Campestre El Rancho in Bogotá, Colombia, from 15 February through 21 February 2010. Unseeded Mariana Duque Mariño won the singles title. Last year's finalist Gisela Dulko was the top-seeded player. The WTA International Tournaments was a category for professional tennis tournaments of the Women's Tennis Association from the 2009 WTA Tour until 2020, which replaced the previous Tier III and Tier IV categories. The winner of a WTA International adds 280 points to her WTA ranking.
