The 2010 AFC President's Cup was the sixth edition of the AFC President's Cup, an annual international association football competition between domestic clubs sides run by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Yadanarbon Football Club ( my, ရတနာပုံ ဘောလုံး အသင်း ) is a Burmese professional football club based at the Bahtoo Stadium in Mandalay. 2009 Intercity Football League
The 2009 Intercity Football League season is the third since its establishment in 2007. It started from February 14, 2009. At the end of 2008, the Chinese Taipei Football Association decided to merge the Enterprise Football League into the Intercity Football League, and therefore the latter became the highest-ranked football league in Taiwan. The league included two divisions. Division A consisted of six teams, and the remaining teams participated in Division B. The last-placed team in Division A would be relegated to Division B while the champion of Division B would move up to Division A. New league regulations required each team to be named after the administrative division in which they were located. Each team also needed two-thirds of its players to reside in the area for at least one month. Chinese Taipei Football Association (CTFA) is the governing body for football in the Republic of China (commonly known as Taiwan). Its official name in Chinese is the Republic of China Football Association, but due to the political status of Taiwan it is billed abroad as the "Chinese Taipei Football Association" and uses the English initials TPE on its badge. 2008 AFC President's Cup
The 2008 AFC President's Cup was the fourth edition of the AFC President's Cup, a competition for football clubs in countries categorized as "emerging nations" by the Asian Football Confederation. For this edition, the tournament was extended from eight to eleven teams, with three groups in place of the previous two. The three new teams came from Bangladesh, Myanmar and Turkmenistan. The eleven teams that competed were split up into three groups and played each other team in their group once. The winner of each group and the best runner-up qualified for the semifinals, and the winners of the semifinal matches played in the final match to determine the winner. Each group was to be played over a period of days in April at one venue - Group A at Dashrath Stadium, Nepal, Group B at Chungshan Stadium, Taiwan and Group C at Sugathadasa Stadium, Sri Lanka. 2009 A-Division
The 2009 season of the Bhutanese A-Division was the fifteenth recorded season of top-flight football in Bhutan. The league was won by Druk Star FC, their second title. They qualified as Bhutan's representatives in the 2010 AFC President's Cup. Druk Star FC
Druk Stars FC, sometimes referred to as Druk Star FC, was a Bhutanese football club from Thimphu. The team have won the national championship twice and competed in the A-Division from 2002, when they won their first title, through to 2010, having won a second title in 2009. They were absent from the A-Division in 2011, but played and won the 2012 B-Division. Returning to the top flight, they qualified for the National League for the first time in 2014. In addition to their two A-Division and one B-Division title, they have also represented Bhutan in the AFC President's Cup in 2010. After the 2020 season, the club was dissolved following the decision of the Bhutan Football Federation to impose a lifetime ban on the club owner for match fixing during the 2020 season.
