The 2009 Slovak Super Cup was a Association football, football match played on July 5, 2009, in Dolný Kubín, Slovakia. The match was played between Slovak Superliga 2008–09, Corgoň Liga 2008–09 champions ŠK Slovan Bratislava and the Slovak Cup 2008–09 winners MFK Košice, and was won by ŠK Slovan Bratislava, Slovan Bratislava 2–0 to earn their third Super Cup. Dušan Uhrin (born 5 February 1943) is a Czech and Slovak football coach and former player. He was the coach of Slovan Bratislava. Although he was born in the Nitra District in the Slovak part of Czechoslovakia, he has lived in Prague since the age of 16. Jakub Sylvestr (born 2 February 1989) is a Slovak professional footballer who plays as a forward. He made six appearances for the Slovakia national team. Career Sylvestr scored his first hat-trick in a match against Tatran Prešov on 4 April 2009. On 19 February 2017, Sylvestr scored in his league debut for Danish Superliga club AaB.
