2009 Primera B De Chile Season
The Primera B de Chile season was the 59th completed season of the Primera B de Chile in the Chilean football league system. Torneo Apertura Unión San Felipe was tournament’s champion. Torneo Clausura San Luis de Quillota was tournament’s champion. Final of Champions In order to determine the 2nd promoted team to Primera División, the two best teams from both Apertura and Clausura tournaments will face in a two-legged tie. The winning team will be promoted, while the losing team will qualify to the promotion play-offs. As Apertura winners Unión San Felipe were already promoted due to the overall table (77 pts.), their spot was awarded to Santiago Wanderers, which were finished in 2nd place. It was established in 1952 as ''Segunda División'', and later renamed in 1996 to the current name. Enrique Roberto Osses Zencovic (born May 26, 1974) is a football referee from Chile for Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional de Chile (ANFP) and CONMEBOL. Osses has officiated international matches which include the 2011 Copa América, Copa Sudamericana, Copa Libertadores, 2010 and 2014 South American World Cup qualifiers, and the 2009 South American Youth Championship. In 2005, he sent off 21 players in 16 league games. During a 2005 match that faced San Felipe against Unión Española, the latter's goalkeeper Ignacio González received his second yellow card, and consequently a red card. Upset by this, González brought Osses to the ground after hitting him in the face. Afterwards the player was held in police custody for two hours. Bryan Ricardo Danesi Mora (born 6 May 1989) is a Chilean former footballer. His last club was San Antonio Unido. Club career O'Higgins Danesi was promoted to adult team of O'Higgins in mid-2007. Curicó Unido is a football club based in Curicó, Maule Region, Chile. They currently play in the Primera División, the first level of the Chilean football system. They are currently managed by Damián Muñoz. History Curicó Unido was founded on 26 February 1973, with ''Edmundo Rojas'' as the first President of the club.
