Mariano Francisco Saynez Mendoza
Mariano Francisco Saynez Mendoza (20 September 1942 – 4 November 2020) was an admiral in the Mexican Navy. Career Born in Veracruz, Veracruz, Saynez enrolled in the Navy on 22 January 1959 and graduated as a cadet of the Heroic Naval Academy and in 1964 was promoted to midshipman Body. He attended the Naval Studies Center of Mexico (CESNAV) where he performed during the Command and General Staff Diploma, obtaining the latter first with an average of 92.67, also well attended Higher Command and National Mexican Security and the Inter-American Defense College in Washington, DC, conducted the course Defense Superior Continental. Genaro García Luna
Genaro García Luna (born July 10, 1968) is a former Mexican government official and engineer. He served as Secretary of Public Security in the federal cabinet of Felipe Calderón. Since his term working for the Mexican government, García Luna has worked as a consultant and businessman evaluating the social, political and financial economics of Mexico and Latin America. He is a partner in the company GLAC, which provides an index to evaluate risk and security conditions. The GLAC index is published in ''El Heraldo de México'' and ''El Financiero''. It is used by the business community to evaluate the risk and security conditions for different states and cities in Mexico. García Luna was included in a list of the " 10 most corrupt Mexicans" published by ''Forbes'' in 2013. He broke a self-imposed silence in a letter to Steve Forbes that his inclusion in the list was based on lies and that it lacked journalistic integrity. José Ángel Córdova Villalobos (born 19 August 1953, in Mexico) is a Mexican politician who served as Secretary of Health and Secretary of Public Education during Felipe Calderón administration. Córdova Villalobos obtained a medical degree, and an MA in Public Administration, a Specialty in State and Municipal Public Administration and an MA in Administration from the University of Guanajuato, among other qualifications. Rodolfo Elizondo Torres (born July 18, 1946 in Durango) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the . Elizondo Torres holds a bachelor's degree in administration from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM). Political career Elizondo has been a member of the PAN since the early 1980s. In 1983 he was elected municipal president (mayor) of Victoria de Durango. Ernesto Javier Cordero Arroyo (born 9 May 1968) is a Mexican actuary, public servant and politician affiliated with the .
