The 2008 Puskás Cup was the first edition of the Puskás Cup and took place 2 April to 5 April. Real Madrid C.F. won their first title by defeating Puskás Akadémia FC 5-1 in the final. Real Madrid Club de Fútbol C, commonly known as Real Madrid C, was a Spanish association football team that played in the Tercera División – Group 7. It was Real Madrid's second reserve team. Puskás Akadémia Football Club, commonly known as Puskás Akadémia, is a football club based in Felcsút, Hungary, that competes in the Nemzeti Bajnokság I, the top flight of Hungarian football. Puskás Cup or Puskás-Suzuki Kupa is an international football tournament founded by the Ferenc Puskás Football Academy in Felcsút, Hungary and the Magyar Suzuki Corporation in 2008. The aim of the founders is to establish a club tournament which offers the opportunity for talented young footballers to measure themselves internationally at the U-17 age level and to establish a fitting memorial to Ferenc Puskás. History In 2008 four teams competed for the first ever Puskás Cup trophy which was finally won by La Fabrica, the youth team of Ferenc Puskás's former club Real Madrid C.F. In 2009 six teams participated and the final match was broadcast in three different countries (the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Romania) and the official Real Madrid TV aired a summary of the tournament. Budapest Honvéd Football Club (), commonly known as Budapest Honvéd or simply Honvéd, is a Hungarian sports club based in Kispest, Budapest, with the colours of red and black. Felcsút is a village in Fejér county, Hungary. History The village was first mentioned in 1269 where its name was originated from the personal name "Csút". ("fel-" felső"means "upper" in Hungarian.) In the Middle Ages the owners were crusaders from Székesfehérvár and in the 15th century became property of the Pálos rend. Owners and inhabitants were often changed between the 16th century and 19th century. The Roman Catholic church was built in classicist style between 1828 and 1840, and the Reformed church was finished by 1895. A big change was the building of the railway which connected the village to the rest of the country, which was discontinued since. Economy In 2009 Felcsút became the richest Hungarian settlement by capita (171 092 HUF), pushing 2nd and 12th district of Budapest to the 2nd and 3rd place. Ádám Gyurcsó (born 6 March 1991) is a Hungarian professional footballer who currently plays as a winger for AEK Larnaca. Club career Videoton In the 2010–2011 season, he played for the second team of Videoton FC. With 10 goals and 14 assists, he was a key player in a great season. He made his first team debut on 15 March 2011 in a Magyar Kupa match against Budapest Honvéd FC and scored off the bench in a 4–0 win.
