2007–08 Ukrainian Cup
The 2007–08 Ukrainian Cup is the 17th annual edition of Ukraine's football knockout competition, the Ukrainian Cup. The Cup started with the round of 32, but it also had couple of preliminaries. In the Ukrainian Second League, neither FC Arsenal Bila Tserkva nor FC Nyva-Svitanok Vinnytsia submitted their licenses to take part in this year's competition. FC Shakhtar Donetsk
Football Club Shakhtar Donetsk ( uk, Футбольний клуб «Шахтар» Донецьк , short nickname "miners") is a Ukrainian professional football club from the city of Donetsk. In 2014, due to the War in Donbass, the club was forced to move to Lviv, and had played matches in Lviv (2014–2016) and in Kharkiv (2017–2020) whilst having its office headquarters and training facilities in Kyiv. In May 2020, Shakhtar started to play home matches at NSC Olimpiyskiy in Kyiv. Shakhtar has appeared in several European competitions and is often a participant in the UEFA Champions League. The club became the first club in independent Ukraine to win the UEFA Cup in 2009, the last year before the competition was revamped as the Europa League. FC Hirnyk-Sport Horishni Plavni is a Ukrainian football club based in Horishni Plavni, Poltava Oblast. The club competes in the First League. The club is sponsored by Ferrexpo. FC Komunalnyk Luhansk was a professional football team based in Luhansk, Ukraine. Komunalnyk Luhansk played in the Ukrainian Second League. It gained professional status in 2007. It played games on Enerhetyk Stadium in Severodonetsk. After winning the Druha Liha B Championship, Komunalnyk Luhansk were promoted to the Persha Liha for the 2008/09 season. FC Arsenal Kharkiv is a football club based in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Arsenal Kharkiv currently plays in the regional competitions of Kharkiv city. Football Club Kremin Kremenchuk ( uk , ФК Кремінь Кременчук; ru , Кремень Кременчуг, translit=Kremen Kremenchug) is a professional football club based in Kremenchuk, Ukraine. The current club is administered by the city of Kremenchuk and was established in 2003, but it traces its heritage to the previously existing clubs of 1959–1970 and 1985–2001. Extra Time
Overtime or extra time is an additional period of play specified under the rules of a sport to bring a game to a decision and avoid declaring the match a tie or draw where the scores are the same.
