The 2007 Danish speedway season was the 2007 season of motorcycle speedway in Denmark. Individual Individual Championship The 2007 Danish Individual Speedway Championship was the 2007 edition of the Danish Individual Speedway Championship. The final was staged over two rounds, at Holsted on 1 June and at Fjelsted on 3 August. The title was won by Hans Andersen. Final U21 Championship Patrick Hougaard won the U21 Championship, held at Munkebo on 12 August. Team Danish Speedway League The 2007 season was won by Holsted Tigers for the 12th time. 2006 Danish Speedway Season
The 2006 Danish speedway season was the 2006 season of motorcycle speedway in Denmark. Individual Individual Championship The 2006 Danish Individual Speedway Championship was the 2006 edition of the Danish Individual Speedway Championship. The final was staged over two rounds, at Outrup on 30 June and at Holsted on 4 August. The title was won by Nicki Pedersen for the fourth time. Final U21 Championship Nicolai Klindt won the U21 Championship, held at Holstebro on 15 August. Team Danish Speedway League The 2006 season was won by Holsted Tigers for the 11th time. Only four teams lined up during the season which resulted in a play off round to determine the champion team. Henrik Møller (born 3 September 1985 in Fredericia) is a former motorcycle speedway rider from Denmark and speedway manager. Career He was a member of Denmark team that won the bronze medal at both the 2005 Team Speedway Junior World Championship and 2006 Team Speedway Junior World Championship. In 2006, he signed for the Edinburgh Monarchs for the 2006 Premier League speedway season achieving a 6.57 average. He signed for Oxford Cheetahs in the 2007 Elite League speedway season but following Oxford's withdrawal from the league he rode for Birmingham and Edinburgh. His final season in Great Britain was riding for Peterborough Panthers for the 2008 Elite League speedway season. He rode the majority of his speedway in his native country of Denmark for the Holsted Tigers, where he won six championships in the Danish Speedway League. Jonas Lorenzen Raun (born 22 August 1989 in Haderslev, Denmark) is former international motorcycle speedway rider from Denmark. Career During the 2005 Danish speedway season Raun reached the Danish Under 21 final, at age 16, and finished 15th overall. The Danish Under 21 Individual Speedway Championship is a competition for riders who are under the age of 21, holding a Danish passport and a valid DMU licence. The competition was first staged in 1960 and was won by Jorgen Hoffman. Although there was no competition in 1961, the event returned in 1962 and has been staged every year since.
