	2006 Air Canada Cup The 2006 Air Canada Cup was the fourth edition of the women's ice hockey tournament. It was held from January 5-7, 2006 in Ravensburg, Germany. 	Meco Cup The Women's Nations Cup (formerly known as the Air Canada Cup, the MLP Nations Cup and the Meco Cup) is an annual women's ice hockey tournament, held in Germany, Austria and Switzerland ).
