Motherwell F
Motherwell ( sco, Mitherwall, gd, Tobar na Màthar) is a town and former burgh in North Lanarkshire, Scotland, United Kingdom, south east of Glasgow. It has a population of around 32,120. Historically in the parish of Dalziel and part of Lanarkshire, Motherwell is the headquarters for North Lanarkshire Council. Geographically the River Clyde separates Motherwell from Hamilton to the west whereas the South Calder Water separates Motherwell from Carfin to the north-east and New Stevenston and Bellshill towards the north. Motherwell is also geographically attached to Wishaw and the two towns form a large urban area in North Lanarkshire, with both towns having similar populations and strong community ties. Abel Thermeus (born 19 January 1983) is a Haitian football player, who is a striker. He played for Atromitos Yeroskipou. France-born Thermeus spent a couple of unsuccessful years at Monaco before moving to lower league side Créteil. William Kinniburgh
William Daniel Kinniburgh (born 8 September 1984, in Glasgow) is a retired footballer who was the manager with Gartcairn F. A. Juniors in the West of Scotland Football League. He has played in the Scottish Premier League for Motherwell and the Scottish Football League for Ayr United and Partick Thistle. Career Kinniburgh was a product of the Motherwell youth set-up and made his debut on 12 May 2002, against Dundee. On 15 November 2003, Kinniburgh signed for Ayr United on loan. Kinniburgh joined Partick Thistle on loan in late 2007 and on 18 January 2008 was signed by them for an undisclosed fee. He scored his first and only goal for Partick in a 2–1 defeat to Falkirk in April 2011. He joined Clyde on loan in January 2010, until the end of the season. Shaun Fagan
Shaun Michael Fagan (born 22 March 1984 in Bellshill) is a Scottish footballer who plays for St. Roch's in the Scottish Junior Football Association, West Region. He has previously played in the Scottish Premier League for Motherwell. Career Fagan started his career with Motherwell, and made 84 appearances for them. He had a short loan stint at Stenhousemuir between December and January 2007. He was released by Motherwell at the end of the season, and joined Irish club Galway United in July 2007, where he made 9 appearances. Fagan moved back to Scotland in January 2008, and signed for Clyde. He scored a goal in his Clyde debut, a penalty in a 3–1 defeat by Stirling Albion on 2 February 2008. Kenneth Wright (born 1 August 1985) is a Scottish soccer, footballer who plays as a Striker (association football), striker for Thorniewood United F.C., Thorniewood United in the Scottish Junior Football Association, West Region. He has previously played in the Scottish Premier League for Motherwell F.C., Motherwell. Career Wright started his career at local professional club Motherwell F.C., Motherwell in 2002. At the time, the Scottish Premier League, SPL club were giving a lot of young players an opportunity due to administration (British football), administration, forcing a number of cuts. Paul Quinn (footballer, Born 1985)
Paul Charles Quinn (born 21 July 1985) is a Scottish footballer. His usual position is right back, but he can also play at centre back or on the right wing. Quinn started his career at Motherwell and has also played for Cardiff City, Doncaster Rovers, Ross County (two spells), Aberdeen and Dundee United. Colin George Meldrum (born 26 November 1975) in Kilmarnock is a Scottish former professional goalkeeper and coach, who previously played for Kilmarnock, Livingston, Forfar Athletic and Motherwell. Whilst at the East Ayrshire club, Meldrum had loan spells at Stranraer and Ross County. Career After spending his youth career with Scottish Juniors club Kilwinning Rangers in North Ayrshire, Meldrum then signed for his home-town club Kilmarnock, where he played for a decade from 1994 until 2004, playing in 75 league matches, as he was predominantly the understudy goalkeeper. Kevin McBride (footballer)
Kevin McBride (born 14 June 1981) is a Scottish football player and coach. Career Playing McBride started his career with Celtic, but did not make a first team appearance for the club. He moved to Motherwell, initially on loan, and made 63 league appearances for the Fir Park club. McBride then had a brief spell with Darlington making 6 league appearances and scoring 1 goal. He returned to Scotland with Falkirk in January 2008. McBride had a public dispute with the Falkirk fans towards the end of the 2008–09 season, after the supporters' trust had called for manager John Hughes to be sacked. Steven McGarry
Steven Thomas McGarry (born 28 September 1979) is an ex-professional Scottish footballer and former 1st team assistant coach at A-League Men side Perth Glory FC, the club McGarry last played for professionally.
