2005 Liga De Fútbol Profesional Boliviano
The 2005 Liga de Fútbol Profesional Boliviano or the Torneo Adecuación was a professional football tournament played by clubs of Bolivia's first division. The purpose of the tournament was to adjust to the European calendar, which traditionally runs from August to May. Thus, this tournament was played from March to July 2005 to make way for the 2005–06 Liga de Fútbol Profesional Boliviano, 2005–06 season to start in August 2005. The Torneo Adecuación champions were Club Bolívar, Bolívar. No relegation took place. Club Bolívar
Club Bolívar () is a Bolivian professional football club that currently plays in the Bolivian Primera División. Founded in 1925 in honor of Venezuelan military leader Simón Bolívar, it is the most successful and popular club in the history of Bolivian football, with 30 titles. The club was founded with a light blue color, which is why it is sometimes nicknamed "Celeste" (The Sky Blue). The club has two stadiums. Estadio Libertador Simón Bolívar, which has a capacity for 5,000 people and is located in the Tembladerani neighborhood of La Paz, is only used for training sessions and friendly matches. Estadio Hernando Siles, which holds a capacity for 41,143 people, is the club's main stadium, and is used for official matches. Club Jorge Wilstermann
Club Deportivo Jorge Wilstermann, known simply as Wilstermann, is a Bolivian football club from the city of Cochabamba, founded on 24 November 1949 by a group of workers of Lloyd Aereo Boliviano. It is named after Bolivian aviator Jorge Wilstermann. Wilstermann is one of the three most frequent winners of the Primera Division de Bolivia and the first Bolivian team to qualify to the Copa Libertadores semi-finals. History On November 24, 1949, a group of employees of Lloyd Aéreo Boliviano met to form a football club that would be identified with the company and become the pride of its workers. After two hours of debate, they founded the club with the name "San Jose de la Banda" in tribute to the area and the airport in Cochabamba.
