Shane Reed
Shane Robert Reed (16 June 1973 – 30 October 2022) was a New Zealand aquathlete and triathlete. He won three titles at the ITU Aquathlon World Championships. During his sporting career, he took part in over 65 ITU competitions, winning five medals and achieving thirty-one top ten finishes. Early life Reed was born in Palmerston North, North Island, on 16 June 1973. His father was a painter, while his mother worked as a head nurse. The family relocated to Australia when Reed was eight years old. He studied graphic and design in university, but dropped out to pursue triathlon before he could complete his bachelor's degree. Career Reed competed in his first triathlon when he was 21. He finished in seventh place at the 2004 ITU World Triathlon Championships in Madeira, Portugal. He was also eleventh at the 2005 ITU World Triathlon Championships in Gamagori, Japan. Reed was the gold medallist at the 1998, 1999, and 2004 editions of the ITU Aquathlon World Championships. ...

Jan Frodeno
Jan Frodeno (; born 18 August 1981) is a German triathlete who is the gold medal winner in men's triathlon at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, 3-time winner of the Ironman World Championship in 2015, 2016, and 2019, and 2-time winner of the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in 2015 and 2018. He had set the world record for the long distance in Roth, Germany in 2016 with 7:35:39 hours. In 2021, he broke his own world record during the Tributtle in Allgäu, Germany against Lionel Sanders, with a time of 07:27:53, setting a new world best for the long-distance triathlon. Andy Potts
Andrew Robert Potts (born December 28, 1976) is a triathlete from the United States. He competed in triathlon at the 2004 Summer Olympics and is the 2007 Ironman 70.3 World Champion. Prior to triathlon, Potts was a swimmer where he won the bronze medal in the men's 400m individual medley at the 1995 Summer Universiade and earned a spot on the USA Swimming national team where he would place fourth at the 1996 Olympic Trials in the 400 IM. Brent McMahon
Brent McMahon (born September 17, 1980 in Kelowna, British Columbia) is a triathlete from Canada. McMahon competed in the second Olympic triathlon at the 2004 Summer Olympics. He was hampered by injuries, and placed thirty-ninth with a total time of 1:59:44.57. At the 2007 Pan American Games, McMahon won the silver medal, after being narrowly beaten by American Andy Potts. On August 14, 2011, Brent won his first Triathlon World Cup event in Tiszaújváros, Hungary. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he finished in 27th place. Peter Croes
Peter Croes (born March 16, 1984) is a triathlete from Belgium, specialized in the Olympic distance. He is a double titleholder at the European Junior Triathlon Championships, and is also currently ranked no. 73 in the world by the International Triathlon Union. Born in Bonheiden, Croes started out his sporting career as a football player in his early childhood, until he discovered triathlon at age twelve in a local school. From then on, he began competing in various local and national triathlon championships at the peak of his career. Stuart Hayes (born 16 April 1979 in Isleworth, London) is an English triathlete. Hayes began his sports career as a swimmer at Hounslow Swimming Club but converted to triathlon at the age of 15; Hayes said he became "fed up of swimming up and down all day counting tiles". He is coached by his wife, Michelle Dillon. Hayes missed out on selection for the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, but finished the year ranked 3rd in the world. He failed to qualify for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China, after suffering two punctures during the qualification event.
