2003 Belgian Super Cup
The 2003 Belgian Supercup was a football match between the winners of the previous season's Belgian First Division and Belgian Cup competitions. The match was contested by Cup winners La Louvière, and 2002–03 Belgian First Division champions, Club Brugge on 2 August 2003 at the ground of the league champions as usual, in this case the Jan Breydel Stadium. La Louvière took an early lead through Vervalle, with Nastja Čeh providing the equalizer just before the hour mark. Club Brugge eventually won its second consecutive Supercup title and 11th in total, as it beat La Louvière on penalty kicks. Thierry Siquet
Thierry Siquet (born 18 October 1968 in Huy) is a Belgian retired professional footballer who played as a defender and is the manager of Belgium U18 and the technical director of Virton football club. While at La Louvière he helped them win the 2002–03 Belgian Cup. He is the uncle of young "Red Devil" Hugo Siquet. Rune Lange
Rune Lange (born 24 June 1977) is a Norwegian former professional footballer who played as a striker. Career Lange hails from the city of Tromsø and joined the club Fløya at the age of five. As a 17-year-old, he became top scorer in the 3. divisjon (fourth tier) with 33 goals in 22 matches, and then moved on to play for Tromsdalen in the 1. divisjon (2nd tier). Lange stayed with the club for three seasons, during which he experienced a relegation and a season in the 2. divisjon (3rd tier). During the summer of 1997, Lange signed for Tromsø, which played in the Tippeligaen (first tier). Gert Verheyen
Gert Verheyen (; born 20 September 1970) is a Belgian retired footballer and manager, who was last in charge of Oostende. In a 20-year professional career, he was mainly associated with Anderlecht and Club Brugge (especially the latter), scoring over 200 official goals for both clubs combined; he was known to have rather few technical skills, relying on a hard-working approach. The team captain of an association football team, sometimes known as the skipper, is a team member chosen to be the on-pitch leader of the team; they are often one of the older or more experienced members of the squad, or a player that can heavily influence a game or has good leadership qualities. Olivier De Cock (born 9 November 1975) is a Belgian former professional footballer who played as a right-back. He is manager of the reserve team of R. Knokke FC.
