Tercera División
Tercera División ( en, Third Division) was the fourth tier of the Spanish football league system. Founded in 1929, it was below the ''Primera División'' (also known as La Liga), the ''Segunda División'', and the semi-professional ''Segunda División B''. For the 2021–22 season, Tercera División was replaced by Tercera División RFEF, which became the fifth tier due to the creation of a new, semi-professional third division by the Royal Spanish Football Federation, Spanish federation (RFEF) called the Primera División RFEF. Format Tercera División featured 360 teams divided into 18 regional groups, corresponding to the autonomous communities of Spain (due to its size, Andalusia is divided into two groups, East and West; Ceuta is allocated to West Andalusia, while Melilla is allocated to the East). Astur CF
Astur Club de Fútbol is a Spanish football team based in Oviedo, in the autonomous community of Asturias. Founded in 1923 and later re-founded in 1949, it plays in Tercera División – Group 2, holding home matches at '' Estadio Hermanos Llana'', which has a capacity of 2,000 spectators. History In 2003, Astur CF changed its name to Oviedo Astur Club de Fútbol (more commonly known as Oviedo ACF) and its colours to a blue shirt and white shorts, with the aim to substitute Real Oviedo, in that year relegated to Segunda División B and weeks later to Tercera División by financial debts. After four seasons where Oviedo ACF played one time the promotion playoffs to Segunda División B, in 2007 the club decided to come back to the classical colours and denomination Astur CF. Club Deportivo Mosconia is a football team based in Grado in the autonomous community of Asturias. Founded in 1961, it plays in the Tercera División RFEF – Group 2. Its stadium is '' Marqués de La Vega de Anzo'' with a capacity of 4,100 seats. History The first ''CD Mosconia'' was founded in 1945 and dissolved in 1956. The current team was founded in 1961 under the name of Grado Club de Fútbol, used until 1970 when the club changed its denomination to the one used currently. In 1991, Mosconia achieved its biggest success by promoting to Segunda División B after beating Real Madrid C, Bergantiños FC and Atlético Burgalés in the promotion play-offs. It only remained one season in the third tier. In 2011 the club was relegated to Primera Regional, sixth tier, its worst result ever.
