The 2001 Ladies European Tour was a series of golf tournaments for elite female golfers from around the world which took place from March through September 2001. Mottram Hall
Mottram Hall (also known as Mottram New Hall or the Mottram Hall Hotel) is a former country house to the northeast of the village of Mottram St. Andrew, Cheshire, England. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II* listed building. It is not to be confused with Mottram Old Hall (alongside the access road 400m to the west). The house was built around 1750 by William Wright for his son. It is constructed of Flemish bond orange brick with buff sandstone dressings, with a Kerridge stone slate roof, nine brick chimneys, and a facade with projecting end pavilions which have 20th-century extensions. The Amundi German Masters is a golf tournament on the Ladies European Tour. It was last played at Golf & Country Club Seddiner See near Berlin, Germany. Rachel Teske
Rachel Hetherington (born 23 April 1972) is an Australian professional golfer playing on the American LPGA Tour. Hetherington played under her married name, Rachel Teske, from 2001–04. Career overview Hetherington was born in Port Macquarie, Australia. One of the greatest golfers to come out of Australia, she had a very impressive career as an amateur. Evian Resort Golf Club is a golf course in southeastern France, located in Évian-les-Bains, Haute-Savoie. Overlooking Lake Geneva, it hosts The Evian Championship, formerly "Evian Masters," annually in September. The Evian Championship, currently known for sponsorship reasons as The Amundi Evian Championship, is a women's professional golf tournament in France, played at the Evian Resort Golf Club in Évian-les-Bains. It was originally held in June, moved to July in 2003, and moved again to September in 2013. It returned to a July date in 2019. Founded in 1994 on the Ladies European Tour (LET) as the Evian Masters, it is one of two major championships on the LET. Not originally a major on the LPGA Tour, it became an LPGA co-sanctioned event in 2000, which included a significant increase in purse size. Suzann Pettersen
Suzann Pettersen (born 7 April 1981) is a retired Norwegian professional golfer. She played mainly on the U.S.-based LPGA Tour, and was also a member of the Ladies European Tour. Her career best world ranking was second and she held that position several times, most recently from August 2011 until February 2012. Ladies French Open
The Open de France Dames is a women's professional golf tournament in France on the Ladies European Tour. It has been played annually since 1987, with four exceptions: 1990, 1991, 1992, and 1998. Since the 2011 edition, Lacoste has been the title sponsor of the event. Between 2012 and 2017 the tournament was held at Golf de Chantaco, near Saint-Jean-de-Luz in the Basque Country, which belongs to the Lacoste family. As Chantaco underwent construction works after the 2017 event, the tournament was moved to the Golf du Médoc Resort. Paula Martí Zambrano (born 29 January 1980) is a professional golfer from Spain. She used to be a member of the LPGA Tour and now plays the Ladies European Tour. Amateur career Martí was born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. As an amateur, she was National Spanish Champion in 1996 and a member of the European Junior Ryder Cup teams of 1995 and 1997.
