Frank Baumann (footballer)
Frank Baumann (born 29 October 1975) is a German former professional footballer, best known for his spell at SV Werder Bremen, and the current sporting director of Werder Bremen. Either a defensive midfielder or a centre-back, he was well known for his tough tackling and defensive positioning. A German international on nearly 30 occasions, he represented his country at one UEFA European Championship and one FIFA World Cup, reaching the 2002 final in the latter tournament. Club career 1. Dieter Frey
Dieter Frey (born 31 October 1972) is a German former professional Association football, footballer who played as a Defender (association football), defender or midfielder. Career Frey began his professional career with FC Bayern Munich, Bayern Munich, making his debut against VfB Leipzig in the 1993–94 season. He never established himself as a first-team regular, however, and left in 1996 to join SC Freiburg. After one year at Freiburg he moved to SV Werder Bremen, Werder Bremen, but injuries restricted him to just 30 appearances in four seasons. In 2001, he returned south, joining 1. Frank Verlaat (born 5 March 1968) is a Dutch former professional footballer who played as a defender. He had a 21-year career throughout Europe, playing in the Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Germany and finishing his career in Austria. He earned one cap with the Netherlands national team. Career Verlaat moved to Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart from French side AJ Auxerre in 1995.
