Compton is a city in southern Los Angeles County, California, United States, situated south of downtown Los Angeles. The soundtrack, released by Death Row and Interscope Records on March 22, 1994, was executive produced by Suge Knight. Dr. Dre acted as supervising producer on the project. Six tapes were released for the soundtrack's promotion.
