2 Live Stews
The ''2 Live Stews'' was an American syndicated sports talk radio show originating from WQXI (AM) 790 The Zone, in Atlanta, Georgia hosted by brothers Doug and Ryan Stewart. The hosts and cast Both brothers were born and raised in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. Doug Stewart is a former running back at Newberry College who then transferred to South Carolina State University where he graduated. He was also a former sports agent, mortgage lender, and Foot Action USA store manager. Ryan Stewart (RJR) is a former Georgia Tech All-American and Detroit Lions football player. The brothers are members of Omega Psi Phi fraternity. The Stewart brothers both currently reside in Atlanta, and they support the local Atlanta charities, particularly Big Brothers, Big Sisters. ''First Take'' is an American sports talk television show on ESPN. Episodes air daily Monday through Friday, with the live episode airing from 10am ET until noon, with reruns from noon to 2pm ET on ESPN2 and from 2 to 4pm ET on ESPNews. The show broadcast from Studio E at ESPN's headquarters in Bristol, Connecticut for its first eleven years, before the show moved to the network's new South Street Seaport facility on Pier 17 in September 2018 after Labor Day. It was launched on January 1, 1992, under the original banner of "SportsRadio ESPN". WQXI (790 kHz "Radio Korea") is an AM radio station licensed to Atlanta, Georgia. The station has a power of 28,000 watts in the daytime, and 1,000 watts at night. WQXI's signal is non-directional during the daytime, and directional at night. As of 2009, the station broadcast in the IBiquity HD Radio AM hybrid digital mode during daytime hours. History WQXI first went on the air in 1948 as an all-music station, playing pop standards.
