The 28th Awit Awards were held at Music Museum in Greenhills, San Juan. They honored the best of Filipino music for the year 2014. It was originally scheduled on August 25, 2015 but due to unforeseen technical problems and inclement weather brought by Typhoon Ineng, it was postponed to December 9, 2015. Edgardo Jose Santiago Valenciano (, born August 6, 1964), also known as Gary V., is a Filipino singer-songwriter, dancer, musician, actor, music producer and television host. Valenciano has released 39 albums, and won the Awit Award for "Best Male Performer" twelve times. Reo Brothers
The Reo Brothers is a Filipino rock band composed of five brothers. The band performs renditions of music from the 1950s to the 1970s, that of The Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Dave Clark Five, Bee Gees, Gary Lewis & the Playboys, The Lettermen, America, The Ventures, VST & Co., and other prominent bands of the era. Crazy as Pinoy is a Filipino hip hop group from Marikina, Philippines. Crazy as Pinoy was formed in the 1990s, and achieved mainstream success after the group became one of the finalists of ''Eat Bulaga!''s rap battle segment, ''Rappublic of the Philippines''. ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra
The ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra is a Filipino radio orchestra based in Manila. It was founded in 2012 with financial support from ABS-CBN and First Philippine Holdings. It is composed of 40 instrumentalists. The orchestra's musical director and conductor is Gerard Salonga.
