25th Annual Premios Gardel
The 25th Annual Premios Gardel ceremony were held on May 16, 2023, at the Movistar Arena in Buenos Aires, for the second consecutive year. It recognized the best recordings, compositions and artists of the eligibility year, from January 1 to December 31, 2022, as determined by the members of the Argentine Chamber of Phonograms and Videograms Producers. The nominees for the different categories were announced on April 11 of the same year. The ceremony was presented by Iván de Pineda, who hosted the 2019 ceremony; and broadcast live through the Star+ platform. Bandalos Chinos is an Argentine indie pop band formed in 2009. The band consists of Gregorio Degano (vocals and synthesizers), Salvador Colombo (synthesizers), Tomás Verduga (guitar and backing vocals), Matías Verduga (drums), Iñaki Colombo (guitars and synthesizers) and Nicolás Rodríguez del Pozo (bass). ''Tú Crees en Mí?'' (English: ''Do You Believe in Me?'') is the debut studio album by Argentine singer-songwriter Emilia. It was released through Sony Music Latin on May 31, 2022. It is a Latin pop album with influences of R&B and urban music. All the songs were written by Emilia and Daniel Ismael Real, with support from musicians Duki and Elena Rose, among others. Hilda María del Pilar Lizarazu (born 12 October 1963), known as Hilda Lizarazu, is an Argentine rock and roll singer and composer. Lizarazu was born in Curuzú Cuatiá, Corrientes. Los Auténticos Decadentes (Spanish for "The Authentic Decadents") is an Argentine band that mixes ska with Latin American rhythms. The band was formed around the year 1986 by Cucho and Nito, who invited Gastón to join them. Their first hit was ''Veni Raquel'', which set the tone for the irreverence and ironic humor of their later lyrics.
