The 24th PMPC Star Awards for TV ceremony was held at the Newport Performing Arts Theater, Resorts World Manila in Pasay on November 13, 2010 and broadcast over ABS-CBN Channel 2 on November 20, 2010. Newport World Resorts (formerly Resorts World Manila) is an integrated resort, located in Newport City, opposite Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3, in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. Laurice Ilagan Guillen-Feleo (born January 31, 1947) is a Filipino actress, film and television director, and college professor. Early life and acting career Guillen studied at St. Theresa's College, Cebu City, earned an AB English degree before finishing an MA in Communication at Ateneo de Manila University, where she taught at the college level.
