24th Filmfare Awards
The 24th Filmfare Awards were held in 1977. ''Kabhi Kabhie (1976 film), Kabhi Kabhie'' led the ceremony with 13 nominations, followed by ''Mausam (1975 film), Mausam'' with 8 nominations and ''Choti Si Baat, Chhoti Si Baat'' with 6 nominations. Mausam (1975 Film)
''Mausam'' () is a 1975 Indian Hindi-language musical romance film starring Sanjeev Kumar and Sharmila Tagore, and directed by Gulzar. It is loosely based on the 1961 novel, ''The Judas Tree'', by A.J. Cronin. Sharmila Tagore for her acting received The Silver Lotus Award at the 23rd National Film Festival and the film itself was awarded the Second Best Feature Film. The film was nominated in eight categories at the 24th Filmfare Awards and won in two. The film also won many other accolades as well. The film was remade in Tamil as '' Vasandhathil Or Naal''. Gulzar At Tera Bayaan Ghalib
Sampooran Singh Kalra (born 18 August 1934), known professionally as Gulzar, is an Indian Urdu poet, lyricist, author, screenwriter, and film director known for his works in Hindi cinema. He is regarded as one of greatest Urdu poets of this era. He started his career with music director S.D. Raakhee Gulzar (born Rakhee Majumdar on 15 August 1947 and known as Raakhee) is an Indian actress who has appeared in many Hindi films and Bengali films as well.
