The 23rd Robert Awards ceremony was held in 2006 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Organized by the Danish Film Academy, the awards honoured the best in Danish and foreign film of 2005. Danish Film Academy
The Danish Film Academy was founded in 1982 by a number of people with professional connection to the film industry. The Academy aims to promote the film as an independent art form, and its members are primarily people who work with film. Accused (2005 Film)
''Accused'' ( da, Anklaget) is a 2005 Danish drama film, directed by Jacob Thuesen. It is about a couple, Henrik and Nina Christofferson whose happiness was shattered when their 14-year-old daughter Stine accused her father of molesting her. The film showed at the 55th Berlin International Film Festival in February 2005. Plot Henrik and Nina Christofferson seem to be an ordinary family living happily. However, their difficult 14-year-old daughter, Stine, has a habit of telling lies in class. When Stine accuses her father of sexual abuse, and is readily believed by social workers, the family is thrown into crisis. Did Henrik do it? When Stine prepares to return home, the ugly side of family life is exposed. Allegro (film)
''Allegro'' is a 2005 Danish film directed by Christoffer Boe, who also wrote the screenplay together with Mikael Wulff. It is Christoffer Boe's second film as a director. It features Ulrich Thomsen and former model Helena Christensen. Plot Zetterstrøm (Ulrich Thomsen) once had a love affair with a woman (Helena Christensen), then left her and forgot all about his past, in favour of his musical career. While he is away from Copenhagen, a supernatural incident occurs, making the central part of Copenhagen inaccessible, over time it becomes impossible to enter the area due to some invisible shield. When Zetterstrøm returns to Copenhagen, he is oblivious to this incident and is guided by a mysterious man (Henning Moritzen) into the zone. Inside the zone, Zetterstrøm must re-experience his unresolved and traumatic love affair. Thure Lindhardt
Thure Frank Lindhardt (; born 24 December 1974) is a Danish actor, educated at the drama school at Odense Theatre in 1998. Life and career Lindhardt was born in Copenhagen, and grew up in Roskilde. At the age of 12, he got a part in Bille August's film ''Pelle the Conqueror''. His breakthrough in Denmark came with his portrayal of a boy with autism in ''A Place Nearby'', co-starring with Ghita Nørby.
