24 Marsh Wall, also known as Landmark East, is a 44-storey residential skyscraper in Docklands, London, which is among the tallest structures in the city. Landmark East is part of a broader residential neighbourhood, The Landmark, also comprising the 30 story Landmark West at 22 Marsh Wall, two adjacent mid-rise apartment buildings, and the Landmark Pinnacle. They sit in a prominent position at the north western edge of the Isle of Dogs, and are very close to the financial center of the Canary Wharf estate, at around 5-10 minutes walk. Cascades Tower is a 20-storey residential building and a distinctive local landmark on the Isle of Dogs in East London. Riverside South (Canary Wharf)
Riverside South is a proposed skyscraper development in Canary Wharf, London. Some below ground-level work was completed by 2014 on behalf of investment bank J.P. Morgan & Co., which bought a 999-year lease on the site with the intention of making the building its London office, but the firm has now moved into an existing Canary Wharf building. Future plans for Riverside South have not been publicised. Planning The development is being planned by J.P. Morgan & Co., which purchased a 999-year lease on the site from Canary Wharf Group in November 2008. It will be located on the western side of the Isle of Dogs, immediately south of Westferry Circus on the edge of the River Thames. This is one of the few sites left in the Docklands area which has been identified as suitable for the construction of skyscrapers. Hoare Lea is a UK-based, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy firm, specialising in building services. The firm works with clients from the detailed design stage right through to delivery. History Hoare Lea was founded by Henry Lea in 1862. The Isle of Dogs is a large peninsula bounded on three sides by a large meander in the River Thames in East London, England, which includes the Cubitt Town, Millwall and Canary Wharf districts.
