2024 District Of Columbia Republican Primary
The 2024 District of Columbia Republican presidential primary was held from March 1 to 3, 2024, as part of the Republican Party primaries for the 2024 presidential election. 19 delegates to the 2024 Republican National Convention were allocated on a winner-take-all basis. Nikki Haley won the primary with a nearly 30-point lead against Donald Trump, with all delegates going to her. It was Haley's first win nationwide in the primaries and marked the first time a woman won a Republican presidential primary in U.S. history. Procedure Voting was held at the Madison Hotel in Northwest Washington from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST, beginning on Friday, March 1 and concluding on Sunday, March 3.
