The 2024 Circuit Franco-Belge was the 83rd edition of the Circuit Franco–Belge and the eighth edition since it became a one-day race. It was held on 29 May 2024 as part of the 2024 UCI ProSeries calendar. 2024 UCI ProSeries
The 2024 UCI ProSeries is the fifth season of the UCI ProSeries, the second tier road cycling tour, below the UCI World Tour, but above the various regional UCI Continental Circuits. The calendar consists of 55 events, of which 33 are one-day races (1.Pro), and 22 are stage races (2.Pro). There were 49 events in Europe, five in Asia, and one in the United States. Kaden Groves (born 23 December 1998) is an Australian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Career Groves was the 2016 winner of the junior race at the Australian National Road Race Championships. In 2017, Groves finished runner-up in the prologue stage of the Tour de Kumano. He won stage 3 of the Tour of Fuzhou. In August 2019, Groves joined UCI WorldTeam as a stagiaire for the second half of the season, before joining the team permanently in 2020. Biniam Girmay Hailu (born 2 April 2000) is a professional Eritrean road cyclist who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . At the 2022 Giro d'Italia, he became the first Black African cyclist to win a Grand Tour stage after winning stage 10 in a reduced bunch sprint. Career After discovering cycling through his cousin Meron Teshome, Girmay joined the World Cycling Centre in 2018 for his second junior year.
