2024 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A
The 2024 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A will be the 68th season of the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, the top level of professional football in Brazil, and the 21st edition in a double round-robin since its establishment in 2003. The competition will begin on 14 April and will end on 8 December 2024. The top six teams as well as the 2024 Copa do Brasil champions will qualify for the 2025 Copa Libertadores, Copa Libertadores. The next six best-placed teams not qualified for Copa Libertadores will qualify for the 2025 Copa Sudamericana, Copa Sudamericana and the last four will be relegated to Campeonato Brasileiro Série B, Série B for 2025. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série A (; English: "Brazilian Championship A Series"), commonly referred to as the Brasileirão (; English: "Big Brazilian"), and also known as Brasileirão Assaí due to sponsorship with Assaí Atacadista, is a Brazilian professional league for men's football clubs.
