The 2024 Ally 400 was a NASCAR Cup Series race held on June 30, 2024, at Nashville Superspeedway in Lebanon, Tennessee. Contested over 331 laps -- extended from 300 laps due to an overtime finish and broke the NASCAR record for the most overtime attempts with five attempts on the speedway, it was the 19th race of the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season. Joey Logano won the race, his 33rd career win, and first since the Atlanta spring race in 2023. Zane Smith finished 2nd, his best career finish, and Tyler Reddick finished 3rd. 2024 NASCAR Cup Series
The 2024 NASCAR Cup Series is the 76th season for NASCAR professional stock car racing in the United States and the 53rd season for the modern-era Cup Series. The pre-season started with the Busch Light Clash at The Coliseum, Busch Light Clash on February 3 at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The Clash would then be followed by the Bluegreen Vacations Duel qualifying races on February 15. The season would then officially kick off with the 66th running of the 2024 Daytona 500, Daytona 500 (the first points race of the season) on February 19, both at Daytona International Speedway. The season will end with the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race at Phoenix Raceway on November 10. The Ally 400 is a NASCAR Cup Series race at Nashville Superspeedway in Gladeville, Tennessee. The first race took place in 2021, the first Cup event in the Nashville area since 1984. The NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series host support races with the Tennessee Lottery 250 and Rackley Roofing 200, respectively.
