The 2023–24 season was Tottenham Hotspur F.C., Tottenham Hotspur's 32nd season in the Premier League, 46th successive season in the top flight of the English football league system, and List of Tottenham Hotspur F.C. seasons, 118th season in existence. In addition to the 2023–24 Premier League, domestic league, they participated in this season's editions of the 2023–24 FA Cup, FA Cup and 2023–24 EFL Cup, EFL Cup. For the first time since the 2009–10 Tottenham Hotspur F.C. season, 2009–10 season, Tottenham did not compete in any European competition, due to an eighth-place finish in the 2022–23 Premier League. Tottenham () is a town in North London, England, within the London Borough of Haringey. It is located in the ceremonial county of Greater London. Tottenham is centred north-northeast of Charing Cross, bordering Edmonton to the north, Walthamstow, across the River Lea, to the east, and Stamford Hill to the south, with Wood Green and Harringay to the west. Harry Billy Winks (born 2 February 1996) is an English professional footballer who plays as a central or defensive midfielder for Serie A club Sampdoria, on loan from Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur. Angelos Postecoglou ( ; el, Άγγελος Ποστέκογλου, ''Angelos Postekoglou''; born 27 August 1965), popularly known as Ange or Big Ange, is a football manager and former player who is the head coach of Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur. Born in Greece, Postecoglou grew up in Melbourne from the age of five. 2022–23 Premier League
The 2022–23 Premier League will be the 31st season of the Premier League, and the 124th season of top-flight English football overall. The provisional fixtures are scheduled to be released on Wednesday 15 June 2022. As of the 2022–23 season, clubs will be able to make five rather than three substitutions on three occasions during game time and at half time in line with rest of the top six European leagues, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, the Eredivisie, La Liga and Serie A.
