The 2023–24 TFF Second League was the 23rd season of the third-level football league of Turkey since the league was established in 2001. The Turkish Football Federation (; TFF) is the governing body of association football in Turkey. It was formed on 23 April 1923, and joined FIFA the same year and UEFA in 1962. Vanspor FK, formerly Van Büyükşehir Belediyespor, is a Turkish professional football club based in Van, a city in eastern Turkey. History Van is now represented by Van Büyükşehir Belediyespor (founded in 1982), which gained promotion to the 3rd League (Fourth Level) for the 2006–07 season. Van Belediyespor changed their name to Belediye Vanspor and their colours from blue-white to black-red. This color combination was that of Vanspor's old colours. NTV Spor is a Turkish online sports platform. NTV Spor used to be a nationwide TV channel between 2008 and 2018. NTV Spor continues to produce content via their website and YouTube channel. Kocaelispor
Kocaelispor is a Turkish professional football club based in İzmit, Kocaeli. They were founded in 1966 and played in the top level between 1980 and 1988, 1992–2003, and the 2008–09 seasons. Their best finish was in the 1992–93 season, where they finished fourth. They have won the Turkish Cup twice, in 1997 and 2002.
