The 2023–24 season was the 158th season in the history of Nottingham Forest F.C., Nottingham Forest and their second consecutive season in the 2023–24 Premier League, Premier League. The club also competed in the 2023–24 FA Cup, FA Cup and the 2023–24 EFL Cup, EFL Cup. On 15 January 2024, the Premier League charged Nottingham Forest for breaching the league's profit and sustainability rules. On 18 March, Forest were found guilty and were deducted four points, with the club appealing the decision on 26 March. On 7 May, it was announced that Forest had failed in their appeal, and their four point deduction was upheld. Forest secured their Premier League status on the final day of the season, following a 2–1 victory away to Burnley F.C., Burnley.
