2023–24 Inter Kashi Season
The 2023–24 season was the first season of Inter Kashi in existence. The club participated in the I-League, the second level of Indian football. In May 2023, the All India Football Federation, the governing body of football in India, announced they would accept bids for new clubs to join 2023–24 I-League season onwards. On 29 June 2023, it was announced that agreement for the Varanasi franchise had been reached between Kolkata-based RDB Group of Companies and European clubs Atlético Madrid and Inter Escaldes. FC Andorra had an association with Inter Escaldes, but did not have any direct role with Inter Kashi. The moniker of "Inter" was added because of the tie-up with Inter Escaldes. Inter Kashi
Inter Kashi is an Indian professional football club based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The club currently competes in the I-League, the second tier league of the Indian football league system. It is the first professional club from the state of Uttar Pradesh to play in a national level league of the country. Inter Club D'Escaldes
Inter Club d'Escaldes is an Andorran football club based in Escaldes-Engordany. The club currently plays in Primera Divisió. History Inter Club d'Escaldes was founded in Escaldes-Engordany in 1991 and being founder member of Primera Divisió in 1995, the Premier League of Andorra. Sumeet Passi (born 12 September 1994) is an Indian footballer who plays as a forward or defender for Indian Super League club East Bengal and the India national team. Telem Jackichand Singh (born 17 March 1992), is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Indian Super League club Mumbai City and the India national team. Gianni Miguel dos Santos (born 21 November 1998) is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for I-League club Inter Kashi. Born in the Netherlands, he plays for the Cape Verde national team. Club career Dos Santos made his professional debut on 22 December 2017 for FC Dordrecht in the Eerste Divisie, in the 2–3 home loss to Jong PSV.
