The 2023–24 season was the 123rd season in the history of Barrow A.F.C., Barrow and their fourth consecutive season in EFL League Two, League Two. They participated in 2023–24 EFL League Two, League Two, the 2023–24 FA Cup, FA Cup, the 2023–24 EFL Cup, EFL Cup, and the 2023–24 EFL Trophy. Barrow enjoyed one of the best seasons in their history, including a 15-match unbeaten run between October and December, finishing the season in 8th place, narrowly missing out on a promotion play-off spot. Mazeed Omotayo Ogungbo (born 20 October 2002) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as a defender for Hemel Hempstead Town on loan from club Barrow. James Grant Chester (born 23 January 1989) is a former professional Association football, footballer who played as a Defender (association football)#Centre-back, centre-back. Samuel Robert Foley (born 17 October 1986) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Barrow. Born in England, he represented the Republic of Ireland at youth level. Courtney Duffus (born 24 October 1995) is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for Bootle. He is a former Republic of Ireland U21 international. Thomas Alan White (born 9 May 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Morecambe.
