2023 Junior World Artistic Gymnastics Championships
The 2023 Junior World Artistic Gymnastics Championships was the second iteration of the Artistic Gymnastics Junior World Championships. They were held in Antalya, Turkey from 29 March to 2 April 2023. Artistic Gymnastics Junior World Championships
The FIG Artistic Gymnastics Junior World Championships, or FIG World Junior Artistic Gymnastics Championships, is an artistic gymnastics competition organized by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG). The inaugural edition was held in Győr, Hungary in June 2019. Subsequent championships are then to be held biannually in odd numbered years from 2021 onward. Mamikon A. Mnatsakanian (1942-2021) ( hy, Մամիկոն Մնացականյան) was an Armenian physicist. In 1959, he discovered a new proof of the Pythagorean theorem. He received a Ph.D. in physics in 1969 from Yerevan State University, where he became professor of astrophysics. As an undergraduate he specialized in the development of geometric methods for solving calculus problems by a visual approach that makes no use of formulas, which he later developed into his system of visual calculus. Timo Eder (born 11 June 2005) is a German artistic gymnast. He is the 2023 Junior World silver medalist on floor exercise. He represented Germany at the 2024 Summer Olympics. Personal life Eder was born in 2005. He has a younger brother, Jonas Eder, who is also a gymnast. Ángel Gabriel Barajas Vivas (born August 12, 2006) is a Colombian artistic gymnast. He is the 2022 South American Youth Games champion and 2023 Junior World all-around silver medalist. Personal life Barajas was born in Cúcuta, Colombia to Angélica María Vivas and Wilson Barajas.
