Arnaud Démare
Arnaud Démare (born 26 August 1991) is a professional road racing cyclist who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . In 2011 he won the UCI World Under-23 Road Race Championships, and in 2016 he won the Milan–San Remo. He is one of five riders to have won the French National Road Race Championships three times, having won the race in 2014, 2017 and 2020. Career 2012 season In August 2012, Démare won the first World Tour race of his career by prevailing in the Vattenfall Cyclassics, ahead of local favorite André Greipel and Giacomo Nizzolo. Démare clearly dominated the mass sprint contested in scorching heat at the end of the race. Marc Hirschi (born 24 August 1998) is a Swiss cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Career In September 2018 it was announced that he would join from 2019 on a three-year contract, having been a member of in 2018. In the same month, Hirschi won the under-23 road race at the UCI Road World Championships in Innsbruck, Austria. In August 2020, he was named in the startlist for the 2020 Tour de France, during which he won a stage, three combative rider awards for his performances on individual stages and the overall Combativity award. One week after the end of the Tour, he took the bronze medal in the Men's road race at the Road World Championships in Imola. Yves Lampaert (born 10 April 1991) is a Belgian road racing cyclist, who rides for UCI WorldTeam . Career Lampaert practiced judo from the age of six, earned a black belt, but at the age of 17 started training in cycling. He rode at the 2014 and 2015 UCI Road World Championships. He was named in the startlist for the 2016 Vuelta a España. Lampaert won the 2017 Dwars door Vlaanderen, a local race for him, after he soloed away to the victory after making the race-defining split along with teammate Philippe Gilbert, Alexey Lutsenko from the team, and 's Luke Durbridge. Laurence Pithie (born 17 July 2002) is a New Zealand professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Pithie attended Christchurch Boys' High School from 2016 to 2020. Career As a 17-year-old Pithie won two gold medals at the UCI Junior World Championships in the Madison and Omnium. In 2019 Pithie won the national criterium champs allowing him to wear the national jersey in all criteriums for that year. Pithie started the 2021 season off with top 10's in the sprint stages at the New Zealand Cycle Classic. Then fourth in Slovenia after leading out teammate Marijn van den Berg to victory. Mads Pedersen (born 18 December 1995) is a Danish professional racing cyclist, who rides for UCI WorldTeam . In September 2019, he won the men's road race at the 2019 UCI Road World Championships in Yorkshire, England, and became the first Danish cyclist to win the men's World Championship road race title. EuroEyes Cyclassics
The Hamburg Cyclassics (currently known as the Bemer Cyclassics for sponsorship purposes) is an annual one-day professional and amateur cycling race in and around Hamburg, Germany. Although the route varies, its distance is always around 250 km. The course's most significant difficulty is Waseberg hill in Blankenese, which is addressed three times in the race finale. Until 2016 it was Germany's only event on the UCI World Tour calendar, before the inclusion of Eschborn-Frankfurt – Rund um den Finanzplatz in 2017. The race is organized by IRONMAN Unlimited Events Germany GmbH, which also organizes the annual Velothon Berlin. An important part of the Cyclassics is the ''Jedermannrennen'' ("Everyman's race"), an amateur/cyclosportif event held on the same day and on the same roads as the professional race.
