2023 Gwadar Ambush
On 3 November 2023, a Pakistan Army convoy was attacked in Gwadar District, Balochistan, Pakistan, Balochistan, Pakistan, resulting in the death of 14 soldiers when two vehicles of the security forces were ambushed by Balochistan Liberation Army, militants while moving from Pasni (city), Pasni to Ormara. Anwaar Ul Haq Kakar
Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar (; ; born 1971) is a Pakistani politician who is currently serving as the caretaker prime minister of Pakistan, in office since August 2023. He succeeded Shehbaz Sharif. Gwadar ( Balochi/ ur, ) is a port city with located on the southwestern coast of Balochistan, Pakistan. The city is located on the shores of the Arabian Sea opposite Oman. Gwadar is the 100th largest city of Pakistan, according to the 2017 census. It was an overseas possession of Oman from 1783 to 1958.
