Raymond James Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Tampa, Florida that opened in 1998 and is home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL) and the University of South Florida (USF) Bulls college football program. 2023 UCF Knights Football Team
The 2023 UCF Knights football team represented the University of Central Florida (UCF) as a member of the Big 12 Conference during the 2023 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Knights were led by Gus Malzahn in his third year as the Knights head coach. The team played their home games at FBC Mortgage Stadium in Orlando, Florida. UCF officially moved into the Big 12 Conference for the 2023 season. In doing so, the Knights became the first NCAA football program to play at every sanctioned level: Division III, Division II, Division I-AA, Division I-A (Independent), Group of Five, and Power Five. Javon Baker is an American football wide receiver. He played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide and UCF Knights. High school career Baker attended McEachern High School in Powder Springs, Georgia. He had 58 receptions for 629 yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior and had 1,105 receiving yards and eight touchdowns as a junior. He was selected to play in the 2020 All-American Bowl. Robert "RJ" Harvey Jr. is an American football running back for the UCF Knights. He previously played for the Virginia Cavaliers. Early life and high school Harvey was born in Orlando, Florida. He began playing football at age five. He attended Edgewater High School in Orlando and played three varsity football seasons as a dual-threat quarterback. Although the team lost every game in his sophomore year, he helped them rebound with a 9–3 record and district championship the following season. John Rhys Plumlee (born January 2, 2001) is an American football quarterback for the UCF Knights. He formerly played for Ole Miss and was a center fielder for the Ole Miss baseball team. The Marshall Thundering Herd football team is an intercollegiate varsity sports program of Marshall University.
