The 2023 UCI Europe Tour was the nineteenth season of the UCI Europe Tour. Throughout the season, points were awarded to the top finishers of stages within stage races and the final general classification standings of each of the stages races and one-day events. The quality and complexity of a race also determined how many points were awarded to the top finishers, the higher the UCI rating of a race, the more points were awarded. Felix Gall (born 27 February 1998) is an Austrian professional cyclist who rides for UCI WorldTeam . Career Junior career Gall was born in Nußdorf-Debant, Tyrol (state), Tyrol, Austria. Since childhood, Gall practiced various sports such as Climbing competition, climbing, tennis, skiing, and taekwondo. Through schoolmates who participated in triathlon, he got into cycling. Ion Izagirre Insausti (born 4 February 1989) is a Spanish professional road bicycle racer and cyclo-cross rider from the Basque Country, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . He is sometimes referred to as Jon Izagirre, to retain the correct pronunciation under Castilian orthography. Career Born in Ormaiztegi in the Basque Country, Izagirre comes from a family of professional cyclists, as both his father José Ramón and brother Gorka have competed professionally on the roads and in cyclo-cross.
