2023 FIVB Volleyball Girls' U19 World Championship
The 2023 FIVB Volleyball Girls' U19 World Championship will be the 18th edition of the FIVB Volleyball Girls' U19 World Championship, the biennial international youth volleyball championship contested by the women's national teams under the age of 19 of the members associations of the ' (FIVB), the sport's global governing body. It will be held in Croatia and Hungary from 1 to 11 August 2023. This will be the first edition with under-19 national teams after FIVB decided, in March 2022, to move the age category of the girls' championship from U18 to U19 in order to align it with the Boys' U19 World Championship. Athletes should be born on or after 1 January 2005. 2019 FIVB Volleyball Girls' U18 World Championship
The 2019 FIVB Volleyball Girls' U18 World Championship is the sixteenth edition of the FIVB Volleyball Girls' U18 World Championship, contested by the women's national teams under the age of 18 of the members of the ' (FIVB), the sport's global governing body. The final tournament was held in Egypt from 5 to 14 September 2019. Egypt were chosen as the hosts for this event for the first time. The finals involve 20 teams, of which 19 came through qualifying competitions, while the host nation qualified automatically. Of the 20 teams, 13 had also appeared in the previous tournament in 2017, while Cameroon and DR Congo made their first appearances at a FIVB Volleyball Girls' U18 World Championship. Italy are the defending champions, having won their second title in Argentina. Qualification A total of 20 teams qualify for the final tournament. Nakhon Pathom
Nakhon Pathom ( th, นครปฐม, ) is a city (''thesaban nakhon'') in central Thailand, the former capital of Nakhon Pathom province. One of the most important landmarks is the giant Phra Pathommachedi. 2022 Asian Girls' U18 Volleyball Championship
The 2022 Asian Girls' U18 Volleyball Championship will be the 13th edition of the Asian Girls' U18 Volleyball Championship, a biennial international women's volleyball tournament organised by the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) with Thailand Volleyball Association (TVA) for the girls' under–18 national teams of Asia. The tournament will be held in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand, from 6 to 13 June 2022. Earlier, this tournament was due to be hosted by Uzbekistan on the same dates, but due to some unforeseen reasons, Nakhon Pathom has replaced Tashkent as the host city of the eight-day Championship, also adjusted to Asian Girls' U18 Championship as approved by the AVC Board of Administration.
