The 2023 FIBA U16 Women's European Championship Division B was the 18th edition of the Division B of the European basketball championship for women's national under-16 teams. The tournament was played from 10 to 19 August 2023 in Podgorica, Montenegro. Podgorica (Cyrillic script, Cyrillic: Подгорица, ; Literal translation, lit. 'under the hill') is the Capital city, capital and List of cities and towns in Montenegro, largest city of Montenegro.
