2023 Czech Tour
The 2023 Czech Cycling Tour was a road cycling stage race that took place between 27 and 30 July 2023 in Czech Republic. The race was rated as a category 2.1 event on the 2023 UCI Europe Tour calendar, and was the 13th edition of the Czech Cycling Tour. 2023 UCI Europe Tour
The 2023 UCI Europe Tour was the nineteenth season of the UCI Europe Tour. Throughout the season, points were awarded to the top finishers of stages within stage races and the final general classification standings of each of the stages races and one-day events. The quality and complexity of a race also determined how many points were awarded to the top finishers, the higher the UCI rating of a race, the more points were awarded. UCI Continental
The UCI Continental Circuits are a series of road bicycle racing competitions which were introduced in 2005 by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) to expand cycling around the world. Moravská Třebová
Moravská Třebová (; german: Mährisch Trübau) is a town in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 9,700 inhabitants. The historic town centre is well preserved and is protected by law as an urban monument reservation. Administrative parts Moravská Třebová is made up of town parts of Město and Předměstí, and villages of Boršov, Sušice and Udánky. Geography Moravská Třebová is located about east of Svitavy and north of Brno. It lies mostly in the Podorlická Uplands. The westernmost part of the municipal territory extends into the Svitavy Uplands and includes the Rohová National Nature Reserve. Pustevny
Pustevny (1018 metres above sea level) is a mountain saddle in the Moravian-Silesian Beskids mountain range of the Czech Republic, not far from Radhošť, in the municipality of Prostřední Bečva. It was named after the Czech word for a hermit. Hermits lived here until the year 1874. For Pustevny, wooden buildings built in traditional folk style are typical. They were built and designed in the end of the 19th century by the architect Dušan Jurkovič. There is also a skiing area. Buildings Libušín and Maměnka The most famous buildings on Pustevny are Libušín and Maměnka. Both of them were built in 1898 thanks to the efforts of the touristic club Pohorská jednota Radhošť. Itamar Einhorn (born 20 September 1997) is an Israeli cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam . Career In the 2020 edition of Tour Colombia Einhorn finished 3rd on stage 2 becoming the first Israeli to finish on the podium in a UCI sanctioned race.
