Sadio Doumbia and Fabien Reboul defeated Francisco Cabral and Rafael Matos in the final, 4–6, 7–5, 0–7to win the doubles tennis title at the 2023 Chengdu Open. It was both players' first individual ATP Tour title in their second tour-level final together.
