Nathan Brown (American Football)
Nathan Brown (August 19, 1986) is an American football coach and former player. He is head football coach at the University of Central Arkansas, a position he has held since the 2018 season. Early life Born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and raised in Russellville, Arkansas. He attended Russellville High School, where he was an All-State quarterback his senior season playing for head coach Jeff Holt. Brown was a three-year letterman at Russellville. His senior year he completed 242 of 353 passes for 3,385 yards and 33 TDs. He was named the KARV Dream Team Player of the Year, the Russellville Courier Dream Team and All-River Valley. Brown also lettered three years in baseball and was an All-State performer in 2003 and 2004. College career He was a record breaking quarterback at Central Arkansas. The 2023 Southern Utah Thunderbirds football team represented Southern Utah University in the United Athletic Conference (UAC) during the 2023 NCAA Division I FCS football season. Led by second-year head coach DeLane Fitzgerald, the Thunderbirds played their games at Eccles Coliseum in Cedar City, Utah. After the 2022 season, the WAC and the ASUN Conference, which had partnered in a football-only alliance in the 2021 and 2022 seasons, fully merged their football leagues, creating what eventually became the United Athletic Conference. Fortera Stadium is a stadium located on the campus of Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. It opened in 1946 and is the home venue for the Austin Peay Governors football team. History Clarksville Municipal Stadium, as it was originally known, was constructed by the city of Clarksville in 1946. The city permitted Austin Peay to use the stadium for an annual sum which was thought to be the actual cost to the city. Tom Braly Municipal Stadium is a 14,215-seat stadium in Florence, Alabama. It is primarily used for American football, and is the home field of the University of North Alabama Lions and the Florence High School Falcons.
