2023 British Touring Car Championship
The 2023 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship (commonly abbreviated as BTCC) was a motor racing championship for production-based touring cars held across England and Scotland. The championship featured a mix of professional motor racing teams and privately funded amateur drivers competing in highly modified versions of family cars which are sold to the general public and conform to the technical regulations for the championship. The 2023 season was the 66th British Touring Car Championship season and the 13th season for cars conforming to the Next Generation Touring Car (NGTC) technical specification. 2023 F4 British Championship
The 2023 ROKiT F4 British Championship is a multi-event, Formula 4 open-wheel single seater motor racing championship held across United Kingdom. The championship features a mix of professional motor racing teams and privately funded drivers, competing in Formula 4 cars that conform to the technical regulations for the championship. This, the ninth season, following on from the British Formula Ford Championship, is the ninth year that the cars conform to the FIA's Formula 4 regulations. Part of the TOCA tour, it forms part of the extensive program of support categories built up around the BTCC centrepiece. West Surrey Racing
West Surrey Racing is a UK-based motorsport team run by New Zealander Dick Bennetts. He is responsible for masterminding the careers of such names as Ayrton Senna, Mika Häkkinen, Jonathan Palmer, Rubens Barrichello, Maurício Gugelmin and Eddie Irvine with his involvement in F3 and a racing academy in the 80s and 90s. Founded in 1981, WSR has won more than 70 races in Formula 3 and more than 100 class and outright wins in the BTCC. British Touring Car Championship Ford WSR moved to the BTCC in 1996 having been chosen to run the works Ford team, with Andy Rouse having left running the team to attempt to establish his own Nissan team. Motorbase Performance
Motorbase Performance is a British motor racing team, founded in 2004 by former Production Saloon racer David Bartrum. They are best known for competing in the British Touring Car Championship. Porsche Carrera Cup Great Britain The team started out by contesting the 2004 Porsche Carrera Cup Great Britain, finishing second in the teams championship despite their best-known driver Damien Faulkner only joining mid-season. However, the 2005 season proved difficult with no wins and poor points performance. 2006 saw the team enter both the Pro class and the newly established Pro-Am class. George Gamble (racing Driver)
George Gamble (born 17 July 1996 in Nottingham, England) is a British racing driver competing in the British Touring Car Championship with Toyota Gazoo Racing UK. He made his championship debut in 2022, driving for Car Gods with Cicely Motorsport. Career Karting Gamble competed in various karting championships from 2007 to 2010, competing against the likes of Formula 1 driver Alex Albon, Formula E driver Jake Dennis, and World Endurance Championship driver and former IndyCar driver Ed Jones. Ricky Collard is a former British racing driver. He is the son of BTCC racer Rob Collard and the grandson of Hot Rod racer Mick Collard. Career He started his racing career in karts in 2006, finishing fourth in the British Cadet Championship in 2009, sixth in the Kartmasters British Grand Prix KF3 category in 2011, and eighth in the U18 Karting World Championship in 2012. Career Early years Born in Blackburn, Morgan began his career in Cadet Karts from age 8–11 (1996–99), then moved on to higher classes such as Junior TKM and Junior Max. Stephen Jelley (born 12 May 1982) is a British auto racing driver.
