The 2023 Boca Raton Bowl was a college football bowl game played on December 21, 2023, at FAU Stadium in Boca Raton, Florida. The 10th annual Boca Raton Bowl featured the Syracuse Orange of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and the South Florida Bulls of the American Athletic Conference (AAC or The American). FAU Stadium
Howard Schnellenberger Field at FAU Stadium is a college football stadium located at the north end of the main campus of Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton, Florida. Opened in 2011, it is home to the Florida Atlantic Owls football team and is intended to be the first part of FAU's multi-use development project, "Innovation Village" as a replacement for Lockhart Stadium After selecting an architect in 2008, the university began to raise funds for the $70 million facility with the intent to begin construction in 2009. Big East Conference (1979–2013)
The Big East Conference was a collegiate athletics conference that consisted of as many as 16 universities in the eastern half of the United States from 1979 to 2013.
