2023 Arizona Cardinals Season
The 2023 season will be the Arizona Cardinals' upcoming 104th season in the National Football League and the first under new tandem head coach/general manager tandem of Jonathan Gannon and Monti Ossenfort. They will attempt to improve upon their 4–13 record from the previous year and make the playoffs after a 1 year absence. The team also introduced new uniforms for the first time since the 2005 season. For the first time since 2019, DeAndre Hopkins will not be on the roster as he was released in the offseason. Offseason Head coach The Cardinals fired fourth year head coach Kliff Kingsbury, who led the Cardinals to playoffs in 2021. Jonathan Gannon
Jonathan Gannon (born January 4, 1983) is an American football coach who is the defensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as an assistant coach for the Indianapolis Colts, Minnesota Vikings, Tennessee Titans and Atlanta Falcons. Early years A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Gannon attended Saint Ignatius High School where he was a successful three-sport athlete, winning a state championship in basketball as a point guard, a district champion as a hurdler in track, and was also a standout wide receiver and defensive back. The tight end (TE) is a position in American football, arena football, and Canadian football, on the offense. The tight end is often a hybrid position with the characteristics and roles of both an offensive lineman and a wide receiver. Early years Wesley attended Cibolo Steele in Cibolo, Texas. During his career he had 74 receptions for 1,192 yards and 15 touchdowns. He committed to Texas Tech University to play college football.
