The 2022–23 Svenska Cupen was the 67th season of the Svenska Cupen Svenska Cupen (, ''The Swedish Cup'') is a knockout cup competition in Swedish football and the main Swedish football cup. Svenska Cupen usually refers to the men's tournament, although a women's tournament is also held. Each year 96 teams compe ... and the eleventh season with the current format. The winners of the competition will secure a spot in the second qualifying round of the 2023–24 UEFA Europa Conference League, unless they had already qualified for European competition in the 2022–23 season, in which case the qualification spot will go to fourth-placed team of the 2022 Allsvenskan. IFK Malmö football team is a section of Swedish sports club IFK Malmö based in Malmö. The club is affiliated with Skånes Fotbollförbund and play their home games at Malmö Stadion. Lindome () is a civil parish and a locality situated in Mölndal Municipality, Västra Götaland County, Sweden with 13,830 inhabitants in the parish in 2009 (11,037 inhabitants in the locality in 2010). Lindome GIF is a Swedish football club located in Lindome in Mölndal Municipality, Västra Götaland County. Background The club was formed on 31 January 1928 under the name Lindome IF through the merger of Lindome JUF, Anderstorps IF and Stationens IF.
