2022–23 New Taipei Kings Season
The 2022–23 New Taipei Kings season will be the franchise's 2nd season, its second season in the P. LEAGUE+ (PLG), its 2nd in New Taipei City. The Kings are coached by Ryan Marchand in his second year as head coach. Draft The Kings' 2022 first-round draft pick was traded to Taoyuan Pilots in exchange for 2021 first-round draft pick. Walter Wang
Walter Wang is a Taiwanese philanthropist, businessperson, and CEO. He is the co-founder of The Walter and Shirley Wang Foundation, and JMM Foundation, a philanthropic organization. He is also the CEO of JM Eagle, a global manufacturer of plastic pipe. Yang Chin-min (; born 22 January 1984) is a Taiwanese professional basketball player who plays for the New Taipei Kings of the P. League+. He formerly played for the Taiwan Beer of the Super Basketball League. Quincy Spencer Davis III ( zh, 戴維斯; born 16 February 1983) is a Taiwanese professional basketball player who plays for the New Taipei Kings of the P. League+. He renounced his U.S. citizenship in June 2013 to naturalize in Taiwan so that he could play for the Chinese Taipei national team in international competition. Childhood and education Davis was born in Los Angeles, California in an African American family. He graduated from McGill–Toolen Catholic High School in Mobile, Alabama in 2002 before going on to Tulane University, where he played for Tulane Green Wave men's basketball. Jamel Gurley Artis (born January 12, 1993) is an American professional basketball player for KB Trepça of the Kosovo Basketball Superleague.
