The 2022–23 season was Alashkert's eleventh season in the Armenian Premier League and sixteenth overall. Season events On 27 June, Alashkert announced the signings of Bladimir Díaz from FAS and Fáider Burbano from Águila. On 22 July, Alashkert announced the signing of Ronald Cuéllar from Nacional Potosí. On 30 August. Alashkert announced that they had terminated their contracts with David Khurtsidze and Aleksandr Karapetyan by mutual consent. On 9 September, Alashkert announced the signing of Sergei Ivanov from Zenit St.Petersburg. Football Club Alashkert ( hy, Ֆուտբոլային Ակումբ Ալաշկերտ), commonly known as Alashkert, is an Armenian football club based in the capital Yerevan, founded in 1990 in Martuni and after folding in 2000 re-founded in 2011. They currently play in the Armenian Premier League. The home stadium of the team is the Alashkert Stadium in Yerevan. The club headquarters are located on Saryan street 25, Yerevan. Although based in Yerevan they are in fact named after the historic Western Armenian town of Alashkert, now Eleşkirt in Eastern Turkey. The club is owned by Bagrat Navoyan, a businessman and founder of Bagratour LLC. Alashkert has a cooperation agreement with the Brazilian club Botafogo since August 2017. Agdon Santos Menezes (born 26 January 1993), sometimes known as just Agdon, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Armenian Premier League club Pyunik. Career Born in Salvador, Bahia, Agdon Menezes is a youth product of Esporte Clube Vitória, playing for two seasons with their under-20 side and helping them win the Copa do Brasil Sub-20 in 2012. Andranik Voskanyan ( hy, Անդրանիկ Ոսկանյան; born 11 April 1990), is an Armenian football player who plays as a defender. Club career Andranik Voskanyan loved football from early childhood. When he was in the first grade, a football coach visited looking for children interested in playing football. Voskanyan did not miss the opportunity and started to go to training. He began his career in the football school of Malatia Yerevan (now school property of Banants Yerevan) under the direction of Hakob Andreasyan. Didier Kadio (born 5 April 1990) is an Ivorian footballer who plays as a defender or defensive midfielder. Tiago Coelho Andrade (born 5 May 1992), commonly known as Tiago Cametá is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a right back for Alashkert.
