2022 World RX Of Norway
The 2022 Ramudden World RX of Norway was the first round of the ninth season of the FIA World Rallycross Championship. It was also inaugural race in new RX1e top category. The event was held at the Lånkebanen near Hell, Nord-Trøndelag. The World RallyCross Championship's electric era started at Norway's Hell track on 13-14 August after delays to allow teams to ready their new cars. Lånkebanen Map
Lånkebanen is a road racing circuit situated near Hell in Lånke, Stjørdal, Norway. The venue opened in 1987 as the first asphalt track in the country. It is used for a variety of motorsports, including rallycross, go-kart and motorcycle racing. The venue also features a designated hillclimbing and a motocross track on the slopes below, and a harness racing oval. Lånkebanen is owned by the Norwegian Automobile Federation (NAF). The venue also serves the National Driving Teacher School and is used for testing by SINTEF and Q-Free. At an international level the venue is used for rallycross races. Lånkebanen has featured a round of the FIA European Rallycross Championship since 2011. It has since the inauguration of the FIA World Rallycross Championship in 2014 hosted World RX of Norway. The 2021 World RX of Germany was the eighth and ninth and final round of the eighth season of the FIA World Rallycross Championship. The event was second of two double-headers (two races in a weekend) of the season and held at the Nürburgring, Nürburg. Klara Andersson (born 29 February 2000) is a Swedish rallycross driver who currently competes in the FIA World Rallycross Championship for the CE Dealer Team and is the Extreme E reserve driver. Biography A member of the Sweden Junior National Team of Motorsport, Andersson started her career in karting before switching to rallycross in 2018 after a five-year hiatus. Kevin Hansen (born 28 May 1998) is a rallycross driver from Sweden. He currently competes in the FIA World Rallycross Championship (WRX) Supercar category, for Team Peugeot-Hansen. His father is the 14-time European Rallycross Champion Kenneth Hansen. He is also the youngest driver to race in a WRX event, making his debut at 17 years and 6 months old.
